You'll work closely with key accounts in the dairy industry, providing essential sales support and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with key accounts, responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
- Sales Support: Prepare sales presentations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, and manage product specifications and sample approvals.
- Contract Administration: Issue deal tickets, ensure the correctness of sales contracts and their registration in our systems, and conduct quarterly reconciliations with key customers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends, prepare regular reports on account performance, and measure customer KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations (logistics and quality teams) and commercial teams to ensure alignment and efficiency, supporting the Head for Global Key Accounts - Dairy in executing account strategies
About You
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales support, account management, or customer service.
- Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Dutch is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to change
