Position: Regional Sales Lead, SEA, Dairy
Reporting to: Vice President, Sales
Location: Singapore, ofi Marina One office

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Lead for SEA will be responsible for all sales of Dairy commodity. The role will take direct responsibility for a few markets/customers. Primary KPI’s for the role will include increasing access to customers in the region, meeting sales targets, developing a deep understanding of market demand and pricing.
This role will require a lot of internal coordination with various stakeholders including traders in origins, logistics teams, manufacturing sites as well as product development and innovation teams. Expect to travel at least 30-40% of the time being in the market and getting to understand the customers better.
Key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell dairy ingredients, aligning solutions with client needs.
- Act as the customer advocate within ofi, aligning stakeholders and coordinating efforts to ensure risks are mitigated and customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide actionable insights to clients and the business.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure deals that benefit both the company and the client.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., R&D, supply chain, and production) to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree with 5 - 10 years of food commodity sales working experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in dairy ingredients or the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales and sales Processes in the region.
- Experience in food commodity sales in the Thailand market is a key.
- Ability to present to customers senior management/board-level teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of key account management and specific customers is a plus
- Fluent in English, and other Asian languages is an asset
