The Role

Following the relocation of ofi Group to London from Singapore, we have the privilege and opportunity to shape the future of Talent Management and amplify the employee experience. This position designs and implements initiatives to develop and retain talent, ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles and the organizational capability to drive business success.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive outcomes focused Talent Reviews to strengthen senior leader and priority talent segments pipelines, and ensure we have high impact talent in high impact roles. Partner with Product/Function/Region HRBPs on follow up actions
  • Lead performance management to enable the organizational capability to perform and transform
  • Partner with Global Reward to evolve our Talent/Global Mobility model
  • Support development and oversight of Executive Assessment, Development and Coaching, working with external partners
  • Review and refresh global early career programme to ensure sustainable talent pipeline for priority talent segments
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders to redesign career development and enhance the employee experience
  • Co-ordinate ‘voice’ employee listening survey, provide insight and propel focused action on what matters most to our people
  • Oversight and continuous improvement of Talent Management processes
  • Own and manage relationship with Mindsprint (HR IT and data partner), ensuring quality and accurate data management
  • Support Inclusion, Diversity and Equity initiatives to create a lived experience where our people feel included and perform at their best
  • Identify themes, provide deep insights and drive tangible actions utilizing data analytics
  • Create all relevant frameworks, processes and toolkits
  • Work with HR, Digital & IT and vendors on the deployment, enhancement and support of HR software applications
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders

 

What you’ll Need

  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrable track record of designing, implementing and embedding high impact talent solutions in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Consultancy background beneficial, with proven client side (in-house) delivery experience
  • Collaborative partner with organizational intelligence, understands how to get things done and deliver through others
  • Engaging and influencing a broad range of diverse global stakeholders to drive action
  • Adaptable and resilient, retains focus in a constantly evolving environment
  • Proactive, comfortable taking the lead
  • Optimistic and solutions oriented
  • Able to translate data into an insightful narrative to influence and enable tangible actions
  • Highly organized and nimble prioritization, with a keen eye for detail
  • Inclusion, Diversity and Equity experience desirable
  • Experience using HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
