Job Description

Reporting to the Head of IT Strategy & Architecture COE (Centre of Excellence), the IT Business Partner (ITBP) serves as the “Regional Chief Information Officer” for Europe region, Cocoa product, and HR & Comms functions, working closely with the business and functional leadership teams to foster strong relationships and build trust.

The role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, mitigating risks, aligning business and IT objectives, and driving a digital agenda that delivers tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-depth understanding of Europe region, Cocoa product, and HR & Comms functions’ strategies, objectives, initiatives, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate IT prioritization and investment allocation driving IT demand.
  • Ensure alignment of cross-regional demand and the portfolio of change. 
  • Own the resolution of prioritization and resource conflicts.
  • Develop project proposals & business cases in partnership with business leaders.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the business for all IT services.
  • Provide regular updates on IT performance to the business and seek feedback.
  • Educate the businesses on the IT vision and strategy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 (Ten) years of progressive IT experience in providing IT solutions. Prior experience in food or manufacturing Industry is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong leadership and experience in managing projects of different sizes and complexities.
  • Experience in controlling information technology budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to be adaptable, capable, self-motivated, and confident.
  • Ability and desire to travel, as required by the business.
