This is a Sustainability Data Analyst position within the Global AtSource team. The position will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of data and insights for AtSource. This global role will require collaboration with CR&S function, Operations function, business units (Spices, Coffee, Cocoa, Edible Nuts, Dairy, as well as Olam Agri businesses) to build strong relationships to deliver consistent, accurate, and timely data and insights.  The position will also be instrumental in developing, defining, documenting key sustainability metrics to be included in the AtSource offering and platform.  

Key Responsibilities


  • Tableau (or equivalent) dashboard upkeep and upgrade. Ensuring that it works, and updates alongside data system updates, and to build new functionalities on a needs basis
  • Data Insight, navigation and interpretation. Working with Business Units to turn data insights into action – identify hotspots, interrogate data accuracy (to avoid false interpretations), diagnose issues, and support CR&S team and BU team with data to build action plans, proposals, and commitments
  • Work with Business Units to clarify metrics and how they translate to what is happening on the farm (for Coffee, the crop residue is this… with pictures etc) So that we have clear documentation on metrics with on farm pictures
  • Drive the adoption and use of AtSource Action Plans
  • Identify inconsistencies with data and resolve issues, capturing issues for learning purposes
  • Support in the development of Environmental and Social Metrics and relevant reference sheets. Update metrics, where needed, remove extra metrics, consolidate metrics etc.
  • Run trainings to operations and business unit teams around sustainability material areas and its metrics, in order to improve data collection accuracy
  • Support in the development of data verification (auditing/assurance) strategy and methodologies

About you...


  • Experience in using and building Tableau, Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) dashboards to drive insight
  • Experience in driving insight from large data sets – ideally for Sustainability and Agriculture
  • Advanced excel skills – pivot table, macros, etc
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of agricultural systems (e.g., Cocoa; Coffee, Edible nuts, etc.)
  • Educated to degree level or ideally masters level in data related subject
  • Basic understanding of life cycle assessment [desirable]
