Internship 1 - European NCP


The role

ofi is looking for an intern to work directly with the European NCP (Non-Commodity Procurement) Team. The intern will support the main categories (Packaging & Chemicals, Services and MRO (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations)) of procurement related activities across Europe. The NCP team offers the intern an opportunity to develop themselves in an international organization with both operational and project work during the assignment.


  • Analyze data and identify projects and opportunities eg. Tail spend reduction, specification standardization)
  • Support the Category Managers in diverse projects
  • General support with Data Clean-up
  • PR2PO process implementation activities
  • Support with tendering process eg. data collection, correction, internal & external communication
  • Supplier contract database preparation
  • Support with defining risk analysis by defining single resources and materials

Required siklls

  • Fluency in English
  • Preferably studying a relevant field such as Business, Engineering or Supply Chain
  • Capable of working in a fast pace and always changing environment
  • Proactive and team-oriented work mentality
  • The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented

Internship 2 - Logistics procurement of Marine freight

We are also looking for an intern in Logistics procurement of Marine freight. 
Main learnings: Learn & understand global marine freight category & contract executions

This role includes:

  • Supplier management 
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Implementation of Improvements: Commercial & Operational. 

Possible tasks: 

  • Segmentation of stakeholders and develop engagement matrix
  • SRM of strategic carriers and develop engagement matrix
  • CI: improvement of contract compliance reporting 
  • Tender / negotiations: participate in mini-tenders / negotiations with vendors
