Job Description

This Graduate Trainee Program is designed for Bachelor's/Master's Degree Fresh Graduates who want to learn and start their career path in global integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients management Industries. The selected candidates will undergo 1 year to learn much about the industry sector. After 1 year, the company will offer a Permanent Employment status to any trainee who meets the company’s highest requirement and standard.

Requirements

Have Bachelor's or Master's Degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Economic Agriculture, Operation Management / Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Understand basics of Economics, Strategy, and Marketing
Have Experience of 2-3 years, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have proficiency in English both oral and written (TOEFL score min 480)
Must be computer literate and good in Windows applications such; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good in communication
English Mandatory
Energetic, eager to learn, strong in analysis, high motivation and ability to work under minimum supervision, potential leadership
Willing to go travel and learning in branches Olam Food Ingredients around Indonesia Cluster for 1 year as company’s training program
