The Role

  • Develop and implement Sustainability commercialization strategy.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with commercialization of Sustainability.
  • Design and implement effective training and refresher tools for the frontline sales teams.
  • Engage with Key Customers in order to align sustainability agendas.
  • Align customer and market needs with sustainability execution team.
  • Represent ofi coffee in key stakeholder forums and engage 1-1 with stakeholders.
  • Lead the external resource/funding mobilization efforts to support our sustainability programs. Engage with donors/funding agencies.
  • Lead a team of 2/3 members who will provide the support to coffee sales teams in different geographies
  • Manage internal and external sustainability communication. Engage and align with ofi and Coffee Marcoms team.
