Job Purpose
To support the Finance team with invoice verification, SAP data entry, accounting records, and other routine accounting activities while gaining practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation.
- Enter and process accounting transactions in SAP.
- Assist with account reconciliations and follow-up of discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Support month-end and other routine accounting activities.
- Ensure transactions comply with internal procedures and OHADA accounting principles.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Recent graduate with basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good understanding of OHADA accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
- Good team player with a willingness to learn.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
