Job Description
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial objectives across key markets. This role combines strategic marketing, customer engagement, and portfolio management to deliver impactful solutions and accelerate business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives and regional priorities.
- Identify growth opportunities across categories and channels, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
2. Brand & Portfolio Management
- Build and maintain strong brand positioning and storytelling across all platforms.
- Manage product portfolio strategy, including innovation pipeline and market localization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for packaging, claims, and marketing materials.
3. Customer Engagement & Co-Creation
- Drive customer-centric marketing initiatives, including workshops, presentations, and digital experiences.
- Develop tailored solutions and activation materials for key accounts to strengthen partnerships.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events to showcase products and generate leads.
4. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competition, and pricing dynamics.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for sales and account planning.
- Provide timely analysis to support trading decisions and business planning.
5. Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
- Utilize digital tools and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop content strategies for social media, webinars, and online engagement.
- Measure campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations to ensure seamless product-to-market alignment.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to harmonize messaging and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and agency partnerships effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B or FMCG marketing, ideally in food, ingredients, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability in brand building, customer engagement, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and data-driven marketing.
