Job Summary:
As an End User Computing Services Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide end user computing (EUC) solutions. You will lead the architecture and engineering of endpoint management, collaboration tools, virtualization, and mobility platforms to ensure a secure, scalable, and seamless user experience across the organization.
Job Goal:
To architect and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly end user computing solutions that support the operational, retail, and manufacturing environments of a food industry enterprise—enhancing workforce productivity, compliance, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global EUC architecture roadmap including device lifecycle, endpoint management, virtualization, and mobility strategies.
- Lead the design and deployment of platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and MDM solutions.
- Define and enforce security baselines for endpoints, including encryption, patching, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to define endpoint security baselines and configuration policies.
- Drive automation, self-service, and proactive monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and onboard new technologies aligned with business needs and user expectations.
- Mentor engineering teams and manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead incident response and problem management for EUC platforms.
- Establish and track KPIs for device uptime, compliance, and user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and governance models.
- Design and review blueprints for devices, operating systems and end point security standards
- Collaborate with service delivery team to translate business needs to scalable IT services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in End User Computing, with at least 3–5 years in an architectural or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in:
- Windows 11, macOS, iOS/Android
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, JAMF
- End user system Image build, Patching
- End user system 3rd party s/w patching
- Windows GPO migration to Intune
- End user system Vulenerability remediation
- Security tools: Defender, CrowdStrike, BitLocker
- Security and compliance frameworks
- Experience with PowerShell, automation frameworks, and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of networking, VPN, endpoint protection, and encryption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working outsourced Partner team.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Industry-specific compliance training (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI tech standards)
