Main Purpose of the Job
We are undertaking a global finance transformation initiative to implement OneStream as its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. This role focuses on developing and supporting the OneStream Consolidation solution aligned with global reporting, MIS, and close processes. The EPM Consolidation Lead will collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure OneStream components for financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, journals, cash flow, and reporting.
• Design and implement business rules (C#, VB.NET), dashboards, cube views, and workflows for consolidation use cases.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close cycles to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs in collaboration with functional teams.
• Assist in data integration from SAP and other ERP systems using OneStream data management tools.
• Participate in unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); resolve defects and implement enhancements.
• Document technical specifications and procedures for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide post-go-live support and contribute to system stabilization and continuous improvement.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
• 5+ years of OneStream development experience with at least one full-cycle implementation focused on financial consolidation.
• Working knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, and consolidation processes; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of OneStream consolidation engine, workflows, dimensional modeling, and MarketPlace solutions.
• Proficiency in business rule development using C# or VB.NET.
• Experience with intercompany eliminations, multi-currency handling, and equity pick-up in global environments.
• Familiarity with statutory consolidation, MIS reporting, and budgeting cycles.
• Experience with data integration from SAP, flat files, and REST APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize consolidation logic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, international teams
