Purpose of the role
Responsible for region-wide detailed solution deployment planning, preparation, readiness, and cutover activities. The role ensures successful app deployment and adoption across origins in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive app deployment and adoption plans for the region.
- Engage origin leaders and business units for endorsement and support.
- Full ownership for UAT to be done with business users and ensure the feedback is validated and clear before go live
- Lead and coordinate solution deployments across multiple countries.
- Manage readiness checklists, training, communications, and hypercare.
- Ensure high-quality data migration and user setup.
- Define regional change strategy for app adoption and usage.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews and implement improvements.
- Track and report deployment issues and adoption KPIs.
- Drive efficiencies for scaling with continuous improvements.
- Assist Product Team with scoping insights or review based on regional understanding.
- Prioritize and Approve the small enhancements (under 40 hours) and Support requests for countries in your region coming in and provide processes to achieve the best support service from Mindsprint in regard to their regions needs on behalf of ofi IT.
- Help on tracking quality of data and highlight necessary corrections needed in business process or any changes / enhancements needed in the App
Expectations

- Familiarization with business process and quick learn on operational scenarios
- Deep familiarisation with digital apps.
- Communication and networking skills and establish strong business connect
- Ability to generate processes for effective software deployment and adoption.
- Hands-on with office tools / excel tools
