Job Description

Manage Infrastructure Projects

Plan and deploy new IT equipment (switch, firewall, etc) as required.
Facilitate the work of third-parties working on projects.
Document and share the projects information: risks, proposals, progress.
Timely communicate with all the stakeholders the progress.

Manage IT Assets

Perform the inventory of all IT devices.
Report the list of all assets monthly.
Provide new devices during onboarding of new starters and collect equipment of leavers
Ensure company data are removed from written off assets

Long Description

Ensure Infrastructure and Network Security

Maintain confidentiality, availability, and integrity of data by:
Ensure the IT system complies with Ofi Group's security standards – the security dashboard must be 100% compliant every week.
Monitor internet traffic.
Ensure business continuity and IT system recovery in accordance with Ofi Group's Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

Reporting

Ensure compliance with the IT Policy.
Participate in the development of SOPs.
Submit weekly reports to management.
Maintain an inventory of equipment and licenses.

Profile Description

Bac +2/3 In (Information Technology & Network)

Minimum 2 years of Experience

English will be an advantage
