Job Description

  • You will be responsible for the operational management of the site's Human Resources, in particular:
    • Administrative management ;
    • Coordination of social relations ;
    • Managing relations with external parties and service providers;
    • Compliance with legislation and enforcement of regulations.
  • You will provide support and operational advice to site managers,
  • You will be responsible for implementing HR development projects in line with the business strategy:
    • Steering the skills development plan,
    • Monitoring the integration of new employees,

Monitoring HR indicators and producing regular reports

 

 

Key Deliverables

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting inductions.

Help organise and coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.

Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Organizational Effectiveness

He or she should be a people person who enjoys working with people.

An HR assistant must be well organized and be able to coordinate multiple tasks and projects at the same time.

Requirements

You have a BAC+2/3 degree in Human Resources, Organisation Management or equivalent.
You are an excellent communicator with real interpersonal skills. You have a degree in human resources and at least 2/3 years' experience as an HR generalist in an industrial environment. 
Your English level is intermediate.
