Job Description

As a Brand Manager in Amsterdam, you’ll be part of our Global Brand Marketing Team, contributing to impactful brand assets, systems, and campaigns across various channels and regions. This role blends strong executional ownership with strategic exposure. You'll be trusted to manage core brand platforms and tools, coordinate multi-market content delivery, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Focus Areas
- Brand Governance & Visual Consistency: Ensure global brand content adheres to tone of voice, visual identity, and brand guidelines, while coordinating training sessions and conducting content audits. as well as developing a network of brand ambassadors.
- Content Calendar & Execution: Manage the global brand content calendar, plan and execute multi-channel brand campaigns, and lead branded communications execution.
- Channel Readiness: Identify the best channels to reach target audiences, communicate insights, and roll out brand and marketing assets across physical and digital platforms.
- Brand Development Support: Assist in day-to-day branding activities, support brand strategies, and drive innovative brand initiatives and projects.
- Asset Management & Brand Tools: Manage the Brand Center (DAM platform) and develop global toolkits for regional and cross functional adaptation and amplification.
- Team Collaboration & Intern Mentorship: Work with stakeholders to deploy consistent brand assets, find synergies, and mentor the Brand Marketing Intern.
Other Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the team.
- Managing project budgets, and bringing products and services to life through projects that appeal to Senior Stakeholders.
- Evaluate performance, monitor trends, report on brand activities, identify solutions to improve effectiveness, and develop new brand/product propositions.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual with a forward-looking mindset. The ideal candidate shows strong project management skills and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- University Bachelor or Master degree in marketing.
- 5-7 years of working experience in marketing/brand activities.
- Experience in digital/social media/e-commerce strategy, content, and management.
- Experience at an international/multi-national company.
- Recent experience in building digital marketing ecosystems and social media management.
- Complete English language fluency (written and verbal).
- Excellent overall communication skills (written and verbal).
