Role Overview

At ofi, regenerative agriculture is a core pillar of our Choices for Change sustainability strategy. Across our Cocoa, Coffee, Dairy, Nuts and Spices supply chains, we are working to strengthen farmer resilience, improve soil health, enhance biodiversity, contribute to climate action and create long-term value for customers and farming communities.

As part of this ambition, ofi has developed a regenerative agriculture framework that provides a consistent approach to defining, implementing and measuring regenerative agriculture outcomes across diverse farming systems and geographies.

The Global Regenerative Agriculture Manager will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of regenerative farming practices across ofi's priority supply chains by enabling origin teams to drive farmer behavior change and support farm-level transitions to regenerative models. The role combines thought leadership, customer engagement with hands-on partnership with origin teams to design and execute farmer engagement, capability building and adoption strategies that result in sustained practice change.

Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will help origin teams translate regenerative agriculture ambitions into practical approaches that influence farmer decision-making and accelerate adoption of regenerative practices.

Working closely with commercial, sourcing, sustainability, agronomy and origin teams, you will help strengthen ofi's market leadership in regenerative agriculture while supporting the delivery of our Choices for Change commitment to bring 2 million hectares under regenerative agriculture practices by 2030.
