Job Description
The payroll supervisor is responsible for collecting, checking and processing the components of each employee's remuneration in order to produce pay slips. They also carry out certain technical and administrative procedures relating to personnel management (social security declarations, paid leave management, etc.).

Operational Effectiveness
- Prepare pay slips by collecting and analysing all the necessary information (working time, paid holidays, overtime, bonuses, taxes, contributions, sickness, increases, advance payments, etc.).
- Checks and enters data relating to the preparation of pay slips in the payroll software ( ).
- Produce payslips in compliance with employment regulations, legislation and the company's HR policy.
- Manage the updating of payroll software settings.
- Drawing up the company's tax and social security returns (employee and employer contributions, Urssaf, pension funds, health insurance, provident funds).
- Maintain relations with social security bodies.
- Draw up the DSN (nominative social declaration) (monthly management and transmission of company data to declare and pay contributions to social organisations).
Organizational Effectiveness
- Ensure that social and employment law is applied (pay, working hours, holidays, collective agreements, etc.).
- Handle recruitment formalities (DPAE [declaration prior to recruitment], drawing up job descriptions, drafting employment contracts) and employee departures (termination, calculation of compensation and final settlement, portability).
- Participating in personnel administration activities (e.g. monitoring absences and leave, amending employment contracts).
- Drawing up summary documents: management charts, payroll, entries and/or exits.
- Draw up standard certificates (work certificate, sick leave, certificate, etc.).
- Draw up the social balance sheet (for companies with more than 700 employees).
Carry out post-payroll work (archiving, payment of social security contributions, etc.).
Requirements
Good command of Microsoft Office
Professional English required.
Diploma required:
Bac +3/4 , BTS, DUT or license in human resources, business management or law.
