Mission du poste

Le titulaire conçoit, coordonne et déploie les initiatives de développement des compétences afin de soutenir la performance organisationnelle et accompagner la croissance des collaborateurs.

Responsabilités principales

• Analyser les besoins de formation et identifier les écarts de compétences.
• Élaborer et piloter le plan annuel de formation.
• Coordonner les programmes de leadership, d’onboarding, de mentorat et de développement des talents.
• Gérer les prestataires et l’organisation logistique des formations.
• Administrer le LMS et promouvoir le digital learning.
• Évaluer l’efficacité des formations et produire des indicateurs de performance.
• Accompagner les plans de développement individuels et les initiatives de succession.

KPIs

Taux de réalisation du plan de formation, heures de formation par employé, taux de satisfaction, respect du budget et couverture des compétences critiques.

Qualifications, Compétences Et Expérience Requises

• Bac+4/5 en RH, Management, Psychologie
• Du travail ou équivalent avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en Learning & Development.
