As a Finance Management Trainee, you’ll embark on a tailored development experience designed to unleash your potential and build your capabilities from day one. The program features two phases:

 

Phase I: Corporate Onboarding
Gain deep exposure to the ofi ecosystem—our people, operations, values, and what makes us unique. You’ll build a strong foundation to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

 

Phase II: Field & Business Unit Rotations
You’ll be immersed into real-world assignments across different countries and business models, working side-by-side with experienced mentors and senior leaders. You’ll take on real responsibilities and deliver impactful outcomes while preparing for your future role as a Finance Manager.
 

Where You'll Make an Impact

Post-program, you’ll transition into a Finance Manager role, taking charge of responsibilities such as:


    •    Monthly financial close, audits, and variance analysis
    •    Inventory reconciliation and valuation
    •    Strategic budgeting and profitability planning
    •    Cost and performance analysis
    •    Financial reporting and compliance
    •    Risk monitoring and control validation
    •    Capital expenditure and investment tracking
    •    Treasury, cash flow, and banking operations
    •    Driving efficiency in working capital and receivables
    •    Leading and supporting cross-country audits


(You may not work on every item listed above, but your role will involve a mix of these responsibilities.)
 

What You'll Bring (Must-haves)

•    A professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent
•    2–4 years’ experience in a dynamic and fast-paced finance environment
•    Strong analytical skills and high cognitive agility
•    Leadership potential and a drive to be a catalyst for change
•    Willingness to relocate and gain multi-country experience—locations may include Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo.    
•    Experience with SAP (preferred)
•    Proficiency in English and French (a plus)
