What we do
All businesses, but particularly big organizations like ours, need strong foundations built on a clear purpose, proposition, vision, and set of values. It's our job to define all that and keep us on course, guided by teams covering Legal, Communications, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CSR), Internal Audit, and more. When we get it right, it adds value at every level of our business, helping us grow.

How you can help
You could be an entrepreneur, environmentalist, lawyer, management consultant, accountant, writer, designer, foodie, farmer, or someone who wants to start at the bottom and work their way up. In other words, it takes all sorts: there is no template. But one thing we all have in common is the passion and determination to be the change for good food and a healthy future.
